I specialize in coaching Asian Women Professionals to break through the bamboo ceiling and rise to the next level of leadership. I help Asian Women Professionals manage cultural stereotypes and bias, deal with impostor syndrome, develop skills to speak up and get their voice heard, as well as navigate office politics, get sponsorship and gain visibility. I enable Asian Women Professionals to find clarity in their life and work purpose and vision, uncover what motivates and drives them, and scale new peaks based on their passions and strengths. I help Asian Women Professionals build confidence, manage their inner critic, develop their executive presence, and build their personal brand. I support them to achieve work-life balance, incorporate self-care and build a sustainable lifestyle without burning out. Through my personalized coaching, I empower Asian women professionals to leverage their cultural values as strengths, and become authentic leaders true to their identity.

I am passionate about the diversity and inclusion issues of Asian women and I founded the Asian Women Empowerment (AWE) Network to advance the professional development of Asian Women in the US and beyond.

I am a business strategy and partnerships leader with over 20 years of global experiences in Asia, UK and the US. I am excited about making technology accessible to billions of people and continues to drive technology partnerships in global companies. I have made several pivots in my career spanning across the public and private sectors with a broad range of portfolios that include engineering, leadership and talent development, culture and organization, environment, finance, security, real estate, health strategy consulting, as well as business strategy and partnerships in mobile, AR/VR and IoT.

I am a Certified Coach with the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) certification awarded by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I also received the Accredited Coach Training Program (ACTP) accreditation with the Center for Executive Coaching, an ICF-accredited program.

I have an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management, a Masters in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and a Bachelor in Electrical Engineering from Imperial College London. I am also trained in negotiation in Harvard Law School.

 

As a professionally-trained executive coach, experienced business strategy and partnerships leader, and a first-generation Asian woman immigrant, I can relate and listen intently to the challenges and aspirations of Asian Women professionals, and help them on a wide range of topics, including career development, professional skills, navigating office politics, life coaching as well as diversity and inclusion.
